EQT, a global private markets firm, approached Arcadia looking for 500 premium 10,000mAh power banks to support a major event in Sweden.

The brief seemed straightforward at first, but there were two key requirements that needed to met.

1. The power banks had to be an exact Pantone-matched orange to align with the client's brand guidelines.

2. The product needed to meet the client's sustainability objectives by using certified recycled materials.

After reviewing the available off-the-shelf stock, it became clear that none delivered the required colour accuracy while also meeting the sustainability criteria.

Rather than compromise on brand consistency or environmental credentials, Arcadia proposed a fully bespoke solution.

The project began with the creation of detailed product visuals, allowing the client to approve the design before production commenced.

Once the designs had been approved, a physical proof sample was produced to ensure the colour, branding and overall finish met the client's expectations.

The client received a completely bespoke promotional product that perfectly reflected their brand colours while supporting their sustainability goals.

By combining Pantone colour matching, certified recycled materials, custom packaging and managed international delivery, Arcadia delivered a solution that exceeded expectations.
