We'll also ask you if you have a specific delivery method in mind, if you need storage, what your lead time is, what your logo looks like and what budget you have for the campaign.
Step 2 - Choosing the products
After a good chat with our team, they will be able to suggest the best branded products for your specific merchandise gift box needs.
Their suggestions will be based off of your specific event type, your budget, your brand image, delivery needs, recipients and more.
To help you finalise the product selection, Arcadia will provide product mock-ups, product presentations and can also supply un-branded product samples.
Product samples may incur a cost, depending on the selected product.
Step 3 - Packaging
After you've selected the products for your gift box, the next step is the box itself.
It's important that the box graphic represents your brand and the message you're trying to convey to the recipient.
Don't know where to start? Arcadia has a team of in-house designers on hand, ready to help you create something special.
Have your own design team? Not a problem, we will provide you with the box template and instructions so you can produce your own graphics.
Step 4 - Place your order
Once you have decided upon the products, the packaging, the type of branding and discussed delivery or fulfilment, it’s time to place your order.
Your account manager will send you a confirmation of your order, confirm any payment terms and let you know dates for delivery.

Gift Redemption Stores
Looking for an easy way to control the distribution of your merchandise gift boxes?
A gift redemption store or company store is a great way to allow users the ability to redeem their gift box with minimal fuss.
Arcadia will create a store tailored to your company brand that allows the user to redeem their gift box via a voucher code at checkout.
Once the user has ordered their gift box, the order will go direct to our regional warehouse, where the gift box will be dispatched direct to the recipient.
Our extensive store reports will help keep you up to date with how many orders have been placed and how much stock is left.
