PureChat
PureChat uses local storage rather than cookies.
It provides the live chat service through which we handle sales and customer enquiries. It may store your chat session, message history and whether the chat window is open, so that a conversation is not lost as you move between pages or return to the Website.
Our current configuration does not set cookies for PureChat.
Where local storage is not strictly necessary for the live-chat service requested by you, we will obtain the appropriate consent before using it.
3. Functional cookies
These cookies support enhanced Website features and remember choices you have made.
They include features such as recently viewed products.
Where these cookies are not strictly necessary for the basic operation of the Website, they are optional and will only be used where you have given the appropriate consent.

Some features of the Website are provided by other companies.

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager manages which tags load on the Website.
Google Tag Manager does not itself set the Google Analytics cookies described in section 4.
Our configuration is intended to ensure that optional analytics tags are not activated until the appropriate consent has been obtained.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics provides Website analytics as described in section 4.
It may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information and information about your use of the Website.
PureChat
PureChat provides the Website’s live chat service.
It uses browser local storage rather than cookies and may store chat session information as described in section 2.
Reviews.io
Reviews.io displays customer reviews on the Website.
When review content is loaded, Reviews.io may receive your IP address and information required to deliver that content.
Cloudinary
Cloudinary hosts product and branding videos displayed on the Website.
Our current configuration does not store information from Cloudinary on your device for this purpose. Cloudinary servers may receive your IP address when a page containing a video loads.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the Website against malicious and automated traffic.
Our current configuration does not place a cookie on your device for this purpose. Cloudflare servers receive your IP address because Website traffic passes through their network.
These third-party providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Your cookie choices
When you first visit our Website, we will ask you to choose whether you wish to allow optional cookies.
You can:

- reject optional cookies; or
- manage your preferences by cookie category.
Necessary cookies cannot be switched off through our cookie preference tool because they are required for the Website to function and to provide services you have requested.
